Every year I vow to be ready at potluck time, and every year I'm caught unprepared and poorly armed.
I have in my kitchen right now: 3 single servings of frozen vegetarian lasagna, a box of saltine crackers, 4 bags of microwave popcorn, 13 cans of tomato sauce (?), a bottle of gin, 64 canned Diet Cokes, and beer.
I don't suppose anybody has a recipe I can use to turn any of that into something that looks like real food?

Personally I don't understand why we have to be shorted on a blog simply because you were unaware of a Thanksgiving potluck. I'm only 45 but let me help you. Thanksgiving comes almost every year. After one comes it's very likely there will be another one a year later. BE PREPARED!
put all 3 veggie lasagnas side by side in a baking dish. crush the saltines over the top and sprinkle liberally with gin. bake at 350 for about 20 minutes and serve with diet coke. :)
